Your ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of Project Agora's offering and identify new business opportunities will be critical to your success in this role. By achieving your KPIs and contributing to the team and company's OKRs, you will help drive revenue growth from new outbound and inbound publishers and expand our market presence in Europe.Within our growing organization, you will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of the digital media industry and become part of one of the leading Ad-Tech & Programmatic Advertising companies in EMEΑ.The successful candidate will be based in the TDG HQ in Athens, and be part of a dynamic and diverse team.Join us on our mission to keep the Open Web Open, and make an impact in the industry with your passion and results-oriented mindsetKey Responsibilities:
  • Be a subject matter expert on Project Agora’s offering and effectively communicate its value proposition to potential clients.
  • Research and develop targeted prospect lists in order to generate new qualified opportunities through Outbound initiatives (Online Publisher sites).
  • Fully qualify and manage Inbound & Outbound leads effectively to maximize sales opportunities and expand the company’s publisher clientele.
  • Utilize company platforms and tools to achieve qualified lead/sales call targets.
  • Track activity and maintain reporting within Project Agora CRM systems.
  • Work cross functionally to provide the company with actionable publisher sales, product, marketing and operational feedback.
  • Work towards achieving the Team and Company MPIs.
We’re looking for someone who
  • Has at least 1-2 years of sales experience within the Media or Digital Advertising ecosystem, ideally familiar with the Digital Advertising ecosystem.
  • Holds a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication or Business-related field. A Postgraduate degree in the relative field would be appreciated.
  • Displays good presentation, communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with different levels of people and from different cultures.
  • Has great knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as data analysis.
  • Has excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of Hungarian, Czech, Bulgarian or Serbian will be considered a plus.
  • Can identify opportunities presented by clients and prospects and turn them into business.
  • Is willing to learn and constantly keep up with trends and best practices.
  • Can work independently, is agile, proactive, responsible and self-starting.

Project Agora offers a hybrid working model. Team members all over the EMEA region currently can meet in person every other week. Project Agora continues to grow our team by conducting a remote-first onboarding process.
