- Be a subject matter expert on Project Agora’s offering and effectively communicate its value proposition to potential clients.
- Research and develop targeted prospect lists in order to generate new qualified opportunities through Outbound initiatives (Online Publisher sites).
- Fully qualify and manage Inbound & Outbound leads effectively to maximize sales opportunities and expand the company’s publisher clientele.
- Utilize company platforms and tools to achieve qualified lead/sales call targets.
- Track activity and maintain reporting within Project Agora CRM systems.
- Work cross functionally to provide the company with actionable publisher sales, product, marketing and operational feedback.
- Work towards achieving the Team and Company MPIs.
- Has at least 1-2 years of sales experience within the Media or Digital Advertising ecosystem, ideally familiar with the Digital Advertising ecosystem.
- Holds a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication or Business-related field. A Postgraduate degree in the relative field would be appreciated.
- Displays good presentation, communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with different levels of people and from different cultures.
- Has great knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as data analysis.
- Has excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of Hungarian, Czech, Bulgarian or Serbian will be considered a plus.
- Can identify opportunities presented by clients and prospects and turn them into business.
- Is willing to learn and constantly keep up with trends and best practices.
- Can work independently, is agile, proactive, responsible and self-starting.
