📍 Working Model: On-siteΠεριγραφή What will you do:
-Supervise and manage all pharmacy operations and personnel.
-Dispense prescriptions accurately and ensure compliance with medical and legal guidelines.
-Provide expert advice on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and interactions.
-Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.
-Ensure the pharmacy complies with all local and national regulations (e.g., health and safety, licensing, GDPR).
-Train, mentor, and evaluate pharmacy staff.
-Maintain detailed and accurate patient and medication records.
-Handle customer concerns and provide high-level pharmaceutical care.
-Collaborate with healthcare professionals and suppliers.
- Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.Requirements:
-Degree in Pharmacy (BSc or Pharm) from an accredited institution.
-Valid pharmacist license and registration in the respective country.
-Proven experience in pharmacy management or senior pharmacist role.
-Strong leadership and organizational skills.
-Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, ethics, and legislation.
-Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
