Welcome customers and identify their needs
Present and sell the company's products and solutions
Achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets
Build strong and long-term customer relationships
Support merchandising and maintain the store's visual standards
Contribute to the store's marketing presence (in-store and digital)
Assist with content, campaigns, and promotional activities when needed

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

Graduate of TEI / AEI
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or merchandising
Good command of English
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook / Word / Excel)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Results-driven approach
Basic understanding of marketing and digital marketing (social media, content, campaigns)
Experience with Soft1 ERP (considered a plus)
Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable)
