- Create and implement inclusive digital marketing strategies by utilizing various digital media and setting measurable key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with other team members (like communications and PR, sales, and customer service) to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
- Manage digital campaigns, monitor performance reports, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Optimize website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to improve user experience and drive lead generation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify digital marketing trends and new growth opportunities.
- Create and curate social media campaigns, including content creation, publishing, and community management.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization to increase website rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns with A/B testing.
- Analyze analytics and engagement metrics to measure campaign performance.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reports to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in developing and overseeing email marketing initiatives.
- Experience with graphic design and content production.
- Knowledge of website CMS and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and website design best practices.
- Certifications in HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar.
- Fluency in English and Greek.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing. Experience in B2B SaaS or tech is a strong plus.
- Proven success building demand gen campaigns (SEO, content, email, paid).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media.
- Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Semrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
