Handling imports and exports procedures (sea or/and land transportation)
Daily communication with transportation companies to ensure proper handling of shipments
Communication with suppliers and clients regarding Logistics issues
In charge of Data Entry and Electronic Document Management
Collaborating with colleagues in order to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Competencies

Degree in Logistics or Business Administration
Previous experience in the shipping industry or transportation is necessary
Excellent knowledge of English
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Customer-centric approach
Critical thinking skills
Ability to perform under pressure and deadlines
