Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service transactions
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Collect and act upon guest feedback to improve service quality
Engage in ongoing training and professional development to elevate your expertise
Requirements
Fluency in Swedish and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
