- Sales Strategy: Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share in MOP and special channels.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including movie theaters, large HORECA accounts, and distributors.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
- Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring cost control and profitability.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target channels.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings and ensure the team is well-informed to answer customer inquiries.
- Promotions and Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotions, product launches, and branding activities.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Work closely with the Key Accounts and AFH TT Bev & Snacks and Trade marketing team for both channels to: a) deliver cutting edge business proposals and shopper insight to customers, b) measure and optimize Return on Investment (ROI) of digital marketing/sales investment c) provide successful visibility & market presence of PepsiCo products.
- Constantly look for opportunities to drive incremental profitable growth and work closely with aligned internal resources to optimise PepsiCo products.
- University degree
- 5-7 years of experience in sales/business development
- Fluent in English
- Sales Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team, setting clear goals and driving performance.
- Customer Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable agreements with customers and partners.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and financial reports.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas and proposals persuasively.
- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of beverages and snacks products, market dynamics, and consumer preferences.
- Problem-Solving: Capacity to address challenges and find innovative solutions.
- Team Management: Experience in leading and developing a high-performing sales team.
