
Financial Operations Controller

- Provide, timely, transparent, right-first-time, management reporting and analysis related to financial performance, headcount, CAPEX, transfer projects etc.
- Support the annual financial planning process for the operations including the standard cost calculation process.
- Responsibility for monthly calculation of Actual costing and valuation of costing at year-end. Perform controls to ensure valuation files is aligned with GL accounts
- Provide reliable and transparent actual reporting, relevant deviation analysis to plan, profitability and risk analysis to local business, regional office and headquarters to facilitate target achievement.
- Support the preparation of business case evaluations and proposals for efficiency improvements based on sound knowledge of business dynamics.
- Constructively challenge Business Partners, relative to Cost optimization, financial planning assumptions, process efficiencies, etc. for optimum decision making to achieve financial objectives/targets.
- Participate in (international) projects as needed and ensure local implementation, integration and compliance.
- Bachelor's or Master's from an accredited institution in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
- Two to four years of work experience with increasing responsibility in Finance and/or Accounting.
- Fluent Knowledge of English and Greek languages.
- Experience in manufacturing or supply chain finance is strongly preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals or FMCG would be an asset.
