Avaton Luxury Beach Resort - Relais & Chateaux (www.avaton.com) is seeking an experienced and attentive Reservations Manager to join our team.As the Reservations Manager at Avaton Luxury Beach Resort, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the reservations department. You will oversee the team responsible for handling reservations, managing room inventory, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills will contribute to the overall success of the resort.Responsibilities

Oversee the reservations team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
Manage room inventory and availability to maximize revenue
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling reservations and guest inquiries
Collaborate with revenue management to develop pricing strategies and manage rates
Implement and maintain reservation systems, including reservation software and online platforms
Monitor and analyze reservation trends and data to inform decision-making
Handle group reservations and negotiate contracts with corporate clients
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless guest experience
Resolve guest complaints or issues related to reservations
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reservations management

Requirements

Previous experience as a Reservations Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel or resort
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in reservation software and online booking platforms
Familiarity with revenue management principles and practices
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Knowledge of contract negotiation and group reservations
Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
7 months work in our headquarters in Thessaloniki & 5 months in Halkidiki
