
Sales Success Representative - Thessaloniki

- Take full ownership of a portfolio of merchant partners in Northern Greece
- Proactively identify, approach, and onboard new partners to expand the portfolio
- Develop and execute strategies to grow and deepen relationships with existing partners
- Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Plan and execute visits effectively to meet and exceed KPIs
- Understand partner needs and proactively offer tailored solutions
- Promote and integrate new product offerings into partner portfolios
- Manage contract follow-ups and provide after-sales support
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- 2-4 years of proven sales experience
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Experience or network in the fashion industry is a plus
- Native Greek speaker with strong command of English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer dynamics
- Willingness and ability to travel within Greece
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with partners
- Self-motivated and collaborative team player
- Comfortable in a digital-first business environment and eager to innovate
- Strong organizational and time management skills
