Our client, a European Investment Bank, is looking for an Associate to join their M&A team in Athens, Greece.Position: M&A Generalist Associate 1-3Location: Athens, GreeceSector: Greek Coverage - Shipping & Real Estate M&AKey Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.
Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and market research.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve successful deal outcomes.
Stay updated on market trends and industry developments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions or corporate finance.
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in English and Greek is a must.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
