- Providing administrative and coordination support to project teams
- Preparing, updating, and maintaining project documentation & reports
- Assisting with project scheduling, tracking milestones, and progress updates
- Coordinating communication between engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Managing project data, records, and filing systems for accuracy & compliance
- Supporting project managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Degree or diploma in Telecommunications, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in telecom, FTTx, or infrastructure project environments
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools is a plus
- Excellent organizational & multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
- Clear communicator and proactive problem solver
