The role is within the Digital Services department and the Personal IT Manager team. Some of the tasks include:- Verification of digital assets- Asset management- Deliver the required documentation for the solution and vessel's operation- Ticket managing and coordination across teams for certain tickets- Provide support to the Personal IT Managers- Maintenance and house-keeping- Coordination of technology tickets across teams- Technical services reporting- Support the delivery of technical and administrative projects including day-on-day tasksRequirements

Four-year degree in Technology Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or other technical degree
Fluent in written and spoken English
A strong passion for Technology
Relevant work experience
Well organized and high attention to detail

Great to have:

CCNA studies and/or certification
Microsoft certifications
Basic knowledge of Networking
