The team delivers differentiated, integrated solutions to help clients achieve digitally- enabled, strategic shifts in their operations.Due to the continuous growth of our Finance Transformation Team and consistently high demand for business transformation, applications-related consulting services, we are now recruiting experienced SAP Business Analysts in our Finance Transformation Business Enablement practice in Athens.Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team.Support in the execution of multi-dimensional, business and technical analysis, applying proven methodologies and documenting work outcomes. Identify actual value and improvement deriving from the transition to modern applications.Evaluate alternative options based on multiple dimensions and trade-offs to drive transformation.Design of business processes based on SAP’s best practicesDefine, analyze, and document business requirementsSupport in the formulation of project plans / roadmaps for the transition to new or upgraded applications, utilizing project management approaches and tools considering both the business and technical aspects of the initiative.Contribute to the coordination, continuous alignment, and support of multidisciplinary teams.Support in the coordination and quality assurance of work outcomes in large-scale Design and Implementation initiatives based on good practices and standards.Formulate and deliver impactful presentations to clients.Contribute to marketing and business development activities of the Finance Transformation Business Enablement Team, supporting in the design and development of high-quality proposals (detailed project scope, deliverables and work plans).Actively support in the development and continuous update of methodologies, toolkits, and assets.What we are looking forUniversity degree preferably in Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration or Mathematics. Advanced degrees (MBA, and/or other Master’s Degree) viewed favorably.Strong experience in any of SAP key modules, e.g. FI, CO, MM, SD, PS, PM, PP, BPC etc.Experience in building something from scratch and seeing it through; envisioning the big picture, setting goals, and developing programs from concept to execution.Experience working with customers on technology driven transformation projects.Strong understanding of typical business functions, business processes and requirements.Proven understanding and participation in projects related to the setup, design, and implementation of SAP Applications.Track record of executing high-impact projects in cross industry practices (e.g., Financial Services, Consumer Industrial Products and Services, Public Sector & Health Care, Energy & Utilities) from a consulting point of view.Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.Experience in Project Management activities.Clear and concise spoken and written communication style tailored to each specific audience.
