As a Customer Service Trade Operation Specialist, your responsibilities will be:Maintain a working knowledge of trade policies, SOPs, and standard business processes to respond to customer and sales force inquiries regarding the company's Trade Policy, Return Policy, shipping practices, invoice terms, product availability information, accepting credit card payments when appropriate, and product-specific order handling guidelines.Complete all assigned training.Ensure official documents archiving to various platforms & physically (invoices, delivery notes, contracts etc.)Contribute in prompt & successful tender file submissions & smooth monthly submissions to EKAPY portal.Provide support by submitting & organizing paperwork & electronic files for audit purposes.Provide support to the Commercial Operations department by submitting the daily sales reports to local authorities (EOF) & by gathering relevant certificates for the products’ importation.May need as a back-up staff to manage customer orders and inquiries.Communication with Company's 3PL in Greece and Cyprus for executing orders where needed.The qualifications for this Customer Service Trade Operation Specialist role are:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry
  • college/university degree
  • fluency in Greek, English
  • excellent knowledge of Ms Office

  • 1 year of experience in an admin role.
