Planning and Supply Officer (Pharma)

• Assist in the development of supply chain strategies
• Manage and maintain inventory levels
• Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and cover direct demand from customers
• Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
• Analyze data to anticipate future needs
• Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met
• Prepare and present reports to upper management
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors
• Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities
• Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures

• BSc/BA in Logistics, Business Administration, Analytics or a related field
• 1+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Assistant or similar role (Pharmaceutical company)
• Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with supply chain processes
• Working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases and ERP systems
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Team player with leadership abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well
