Are you ready to be part of our journey?Purpose of the roleAct as Strategic Business Partner and Coach to the organization in all relevant people and organizational topics. Drive a #1 mindset (dare) around moments that matter (care). Manage and lead the HR team in the market ensuring that we are building and executing the best HR strategies and services to attract, develop, and retain talent.What you'll do:
- Be a strategic partner to senior business leaders and key support to local Steerco around people, engagement and performance topics/decisions
- Lead the People Pillar priorities of SEE Game Plan and engage the full organization behind it
- Drive a culture that stimulates the #1 mindset, an inclusive work environment and strong employee engagement at every level throughout the organization
- Role model strong leadership behaviour and performance culture
- Drive complex organizational design, change and transformation programs
- Lead strategic workforce planning process
- Build robust succession plans for senior leadership positions
- Develop a local talent bench for the future and promote local talents within cluster or market talent development initiatives
- Manage consistent execution of core HR Processes in full compliance with adidas Group policies and local regulations
- Highlight local business and organization priorities to CoE to ensure needs and requirements are embedded in new initiatives, programs and systems
- Use data, analysis and dashboards to shape organizational initiatives
- Lead the local HR team by instilling a “one HR team” mindset across the HR disciplines locally
- Leadership, people manager, coach and team player skills to operate with impact across large and diverse international teams
- Continuous improvement mindset with strategic agility to create vision and lead change
- Interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation and influence, in both internal and external environments, across all levels
- Stakeholder management
- Organizational and planning skills, including the ability to proactively plan and manage operational intervention simultaneously
- Innovative thinking and ability to drive HR solutions in creative ways
- Ability to raise standards, effectively challenging with a view to finding best solutions to problems and delivering high quality outcomes.
- Core HR capabilities: employee relations, change management, organization design, strategic workforce planning, talent management
- Business acumen and commercial interest
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in a multinational company ideally with experience in HR Management, Rewards, Talent or business function
- Experience in handling complex employee relations environments and diverse geographies
- Experience in leading an HR team
- International experience and mindset
