The position is based in Athens during the winter season and requires relocation to Skiathos for the summer season at Kassandra Bay Resort, Suites & Spa. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team while supporting the operations of a leading hospitality brand year-round.Responsibilities
- Handleincoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, or online channels, providinginformation about room availability, rates, packages, and amenities, andassisting guests in making reservations based on their preferences andrequirements.
- Accuratelyinput reservation details into the hotel's reservation system, including guestinformation, room preferences, special requests, and payment details, ensuringcompleteness and correctness of reservation records.
- Assistguests with inquiries, requests, or changes to existing reservations, includingmodifications to booking dates, room types, or special accommodations, andprovide solutions to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.
- Promotehotel services, amenities, and packages to guests during the reservationprocess, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to enhancethe guest experience and maximize revenue for the hotel.
- Confirmreservations with guests via email or phone, providing confirmation details,reservation policies, and relevant information to ensure guests have allnecessary information for their upcoming stays.
- Communicateeffectively with other hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping,and maintenance, to coordinate room assignments, special requests, and guestpreferences, ensuring seamless guest experiences from booking to check-out.
- Addressguest concerns or issues related to reservations, such as discrepancies,cancellations, or special requests, and work with relevant departments toresolve problems promptly and satisfactorily.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by management.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism and Travel,or other related field.
- At least 2 years working experience in a similarposition, preferably in a 4* or 5* hotel
- Excellent knowledge and use of Greek and English bothwritten and verbal (A second foreign language will be considered an asset)
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Officeand hotel management software (Protel preferred)
- Knowledge of OTAs and other hotel related systems willbe considered an asset
- Attention to details and able to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills

- Self - motivated and continuously strive to betterhis/ her skills and increase his/ her knowledge.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and underpressure; ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, including a neatand well-groomed appearance and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Accommodation is provided during the hotel's operational season in Skiathos (not during the winter months in Athens).
