We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Office Manager to join our Rooms Division team at Amanzoe in Porto Heli, Greece. Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, this key leadership role is responsible for overseeing all Front Office operations, including Guest Relations, Reception, Telephone Services, Transportation, Concierge, and Activities. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that each guest's journey is seamless, warm, and truly memorable.Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the Front Office department.
  • Ensure a consistently high level of guest service in alignment with Aman standards.
  • Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, special requests, billing, and concierge services.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team on auditing, reporting, commissions, and billing procedures.
  • Coordinate departmental planning based on occupancy forecasts and guest needs.
  • Supervise and mentor team members to promote performance, engagement, and development.
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between Front Office and other operational departments.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and procedures in Opera or Fidelio PMS.
  • Assist with training, evaluations, scheduling, and departmental administration.
  • Uphold Aman values and ensure all interactions reflect our dedication to excellence.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Opera or Fidelio Property Management Systems
  • Excellent communication and guest relations skills
  • High level of fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset.
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, service-driven approach
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities
  • Right to live and work in Greece without the need for company-supported permits.
