LMW is seeking for a Validation Officer on behalf of a Greek pharmaceutical company located in the North-Western region of Athens. The company manufactures both sterile and non-sterile products and is focused on exports worldwide.Responsibilities

Ensure that our production process and equipment meet the necessary quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements (URS, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ)
Validate process systems and equipment, review and approve validation protocols, plans, and reports, review change control, execute Quality Risk Assessments (QRA)
Analyze data and communicates results ensuring that quality standards comply with regulatory guidelines, SOPs, and GMPs
Monitor changes in regulations and implement necessary changes
Participate in audits and inspections
Ensure all systems are operating according to necessary specifications
Maintain knowledge of advancements in the field of validation
Conduct validation training for staff

Requirements

3+ years of related pharmaceutical experience in a cGMP environment
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Strong understanding of validation principles and guidelines
Excellent problem-solving skills
High level of attention to detail
Ability to interpret and understand regulations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with validation software
