Take a look at some of our impactful projects here: https://netcompany.com/cases/Job DescriptionAre you ready to discover the role of a Solutions Architect in Netcompany?Joining us as a Solutions Architect, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled agile teams working within large-scale transformation projects for global clients in exciting and challenging markets such as European Institutions, Telecoms, Sports Betting & Lotteries, Fintech, Healthtech Insurance, Public Domain (next-gen).As a Solutions Architect you will:

Architect the software system, defining components, modules, and their interactions while aligning with project goals and requirements.
Establish and manage the technology stack for Java-based enterprise applications
Enforce coding standards and best practices within the development team
Implement security best practices to safeguard the software from vulnerabilities and threats
Ensure the software can handle increased loads and data volumes as the application expands
Produce documentation, architectural diagrams, and design documents
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, developers, and the quality assurance team
Provide mentorship to software engineers

QualificationsWhat would make you a fit for the role:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Software Engineer, preferably working with Java Enterprise or Spring Boot
Solid knowledge of building Docker images and creating Docker containers, ensuring application deployment consistency across different environments
Expertise in deploying and managing containerized applications using K8s
Experience with Kafka for event-driven communication and data streaming
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns
Solid understanding of Maven for project build and dependency management
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Fluency in English
