Take a look at some of our impactful projects here: https://netcompany.com/cases/Job DescriptionAre you ready to discover the role of a Solutions Architect in Netcompany?Joining us as a Solutions Architect, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled agile teams working within large-scale transformation projects for global clients in exciting and challenging markets such as European Institutions, Telecoms, Sports Betting & Lotteries, Fintech, Healthtech Insurance, Public Domain (next-gen).As a Solutions Architect you will:

Develop and maintain Java-based software applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
Design and implement efficient and reliable software solutions that meet business objectives
Write clean, well-designed, and testable code following best practices and coding standards
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to software architecture principles
Debug and resolve software defects and issues
Contribute to process improvements, code optimization, and software development best practices
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing guidance on software architecture solutions to meet their specific needs
Lead and provide mentorship to software engineers

QualificationsWhat would make you a fit for the role:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Software Engineer, preferably working with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
Solid knowledge of building Docker images, ensuring application deployment consistency across different environments
Expertise in deploying and managing containerized applications in K8s or Openshift
Experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven communication and data streaming
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns
Experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful API development
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Fluency in English
