You’ll represent the brand by providing professional technical support for all kinds of queries – from specific camera models to printer setups, purchases, troubleshooting and more. A positive and problem-solving mindset is key. You will receive full training before speaking with customers, including in-depth knowledge of the products.Your daily tasks include:Delivering excellent customer support via phone or email for a wide range of issuesUsing established procedures to provide accurate, valid and complete informationResolving customer queries in a friendly, polite and professional manner to build strong relationshipsExceeding customer service quality standards, compliance regulations and productivity targetsCreating a customer service experience people value – and that we’re proud ofFollowing management guidelines and providing feedbackYour skills:💭 You speak and write Spanish at native level and can communicate in English (minimum B2)🎓 Previous customer service experience is a plus💻 Basic computer skills with excellent multitasking ability💪🏻 Eager to learn and grow – curious and solution-focused problem-solver🥇 Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening; able to build good customer relationshipsIf you have any questions about this role, feel free to contact us at info@jobsqd.com.
