As an Application Support Agent, you will:
- Receive and log requests/incidents & questions from users, provide technical support, investigate problems, and determine appropriate actions.
- Ensure and perform all communication with the end-users;
- Participate in meetings with the development team.
- Provide services to all stakeholders according to ITIL best practices; handling and documenting all requests.
- Improving documentation and creating FAQs based on received calls.
- Higher education or at least 1 year relevant experience in end-user assistance and support of information systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand processes.
- A solution-oriented mindset; proactive and reactive when facing problems.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- English proficiency at European level C1 (mandatory).
- Ability to work with teams in multicultural environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
