If you are fluent in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and have a strong customer service orientation, this role is an exciting opportunity for you.As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our Nordic-speaking customers, assisting them with a range of inquiries and resolving various technical issues. Provide high-quality Tier 1 support to Nordic-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical inquiries and service-related issues.
Accurately document customer interactions in the support system.
Provide customers with clear guidance and instructions regarding product features.
Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support whenever necessary.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
Requirements
Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English, both written and spoken.
Prior experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues effectively.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with computer systems and support software is beneficial.
