- Assist customers in German through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Support clients throughout the booking process, including making, modifying, and canceling reservations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to bookings, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality control.
- Collaborate with other teams to quickly resolve complex customer inquiries and issues.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken), with English proficiency as a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality sectors.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle customer complaints professionally and effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online booking tools is beneficial.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
