- Provide outstanding customer support in German through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with questions about bookings, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries.
- Resolve issues and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with different teams to enhance service delivery and improve customer experience.
- Stay updated on Booking.com policies, promotions, and travel trends to provide accurate and valuable information to clients.
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
- Familiarity with booking systems, travel products, and CRM software is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using computer applications and digital communication tools.
