- Manage all aspects of the rooms division, including housekeeping, front desk, reservations, and guest services.
- Ensure the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating their needs and consistently exceeding their expectations.
- Τrain, and supervise departmental team members to ensure exceptional performance.
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient operations and maximize profitability.
- Prepare departmental budgets and monitor expenses to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, organization, and security throughout the hotel.
- Monitor and evaluate guest feedback to continuously improve services and amenities.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position in the hospitality industry.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to excellence.
- Experience in financial management and budgeting.
- Adept at working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
