Provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers through email, chat, and phone.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the online platform quickly and efficiently.
Document customer interactions and support solutions accurately.
Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex inquiries as needed.
Educate users on platform features and encourage their active participation.
Engage in ongoing training to enhance your product knowledge and customer service abilities.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
No prior experience necessary; we welcome enthusiastic entry-level candidates.
Strong willingness to learn and a keen interest in technology.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A customer-first mindset and a friendly demeanor.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
