• Deliver high-quality customer service in Hungarian to inquiries related to the aviation industry.

• Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and other airline services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient resolution of inquiries.
• Stay informed about the latest aviation regulations and company policies.

• Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the aviation or travel sector is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer support.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software or airline reservation systems is advantageous.
