- Provide exceptional customer service to clients' requests in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and messages
- Providing information about products, services, and brands
- Resolving technical problems and providing solutions to customer questions.
- Efficient handling of customer complaints, clarification of their needs and determination of the cause of the problem.
- Promoting and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and gentle communication
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role in the household appliances - electronics or similar sector
- Fluency in English both written and oral
- Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office
- Sales skills and experience is a plus
- Collaboration and teamwork skills
