We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Support professional to join our international team! If you are fluent in Italian, are passionate about helping customers, and open to relocating to Greece, this is your chance to build an international career with us.Requirements:

Fluency in Italian (C1/C2 level).
Good command of English (B2+).
European passport or valid EU residence card (mandatory).
Willingness to relocate to Greece (relocation package provided).
Availability to work on rotational schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries in Italian (and occasionally in English).
Provide excellent support and resolve issues through phone, email, or chat.
Ensure customer satisfaction by offering quick, professional, and friendly solutions.
Collaborate with team leaders and other departments to improve processes.

Working Conditions:

Remote position from Greece.
Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM 9:00 PM.
40 hours per week with 2 days off.
