Adecco HR, a global leader in Human Resource services and ISO 9001:2015 certified in Greece for recruitment and temporary employment, is currently seeking, on behalf of its client - a leading company in the construction sector - a dynamic professional to fill the following position:Graduate Programme Engineer - Construction PlanningKey Responsibilities

Support the planning team on a live construction project
Monitor and record on-site progress against the contractual baseline
Prepare and update short-term programmes (e.g., weekly 3-week lookahead plans)
Assist the production team with daily and weekly planning processes (Last Planner System)

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:Essential Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
2 years of experience in construction planning or scheduling
Understanding of the construction lifecycle (design, procurement, construction, commissioning)
Proficiency in Primavera P6 or other planning software

Desirable Qualifications

Familiarity with LEAN principles and the Last Planner System
Knowledge of common construction contracts (preferably used in Greece)
Experience or interest in 4D planning and BIM
Exposure to multiple construction sectors
