
Swedish Tech Support, Microsoft - Athens (paid relocation)

- Provide support to customers via phone and email
- Give accurate information by using the proper procedures (given during initial training)
- Handle customer questions in a professional and friendly way
- Follow management direction and provide feedback on issues if needed
- You are a native Swedish speaker and fluent in English (B2)
- Experience in customer support is a plus but not a must
- You have a basic understanding of computer handling skills and maybe some software knowledge
- You're great at resolving problems
- Great communication and listening skills and you can easily create a good atmosphere over phone
