The Key Account Manager will have the below responsibilities:
  • Lead sales growth by building strong customer relationships and acquiring new accounts.
  • Execute sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed targets.
  • Manage key accounts by creating and updating strategic plans that align with business objectives.
  • Cultivate client loyalty by handling day-to-day relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date of the market by monitoring international trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide strategic insights through regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis.
  • Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, from negotiating deals and resolving issues to managing project execution, including order, packaging, and shipping details.
  • Drive continuous improvement by gathering customer feedback and communicating it to relevant internal teams.
For the Key Account Manager role you need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree will be an asset
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in food exports.
  • Previous experience in managing export-related projects.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • A results-oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach to work.
