Telecommunications Engineer

• Assist in managing the rollout of fiber optic and mobile base station network infrastructure.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful implementation.
• Oversee materials procurement, inventory, and allocation for assigned projects.
• Conduct on-site inspections (site surveys) to ensure quality, compliance, and project progress.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, health & safety requirements, and client specifications.
• Support the Project Manager in daily operations and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate closely with the Warehouse team for materials.
• Check of site folders.

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in telecommunications networks, particularly in mobile networks (base stations) and fiber optic installations.
• Solid knowledge of mobile networks and infrastructure projects, with familiarity with operators and vendors such as Vantage Towers, Victus Networks, Cosmote, Huawei, and Ericsson.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Results-oriented, reliable, and capable of delivering high-quality work under challenging conditions.
• Previous experience in project management or rollout coordination will be considered an asset.

• Experience in managing telecom construction projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to dynamic environments.
