Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, handling inquiries, bookings, and service requests

Keep accurate records of guest interactions and service transactions
Work alongside team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Collect and utilize guest feedback to improve service quality
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your professional skills
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus
Experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to resolve problems with a focus on guest satisfaction
Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality service
