We are currently recruiting a dedicated floor manager to join our esteemed client’s team in Thessaloniki, Greece.The role of a Floor Manager in a medical center is critical for ensuring smooth operations and quality patient care.Job Brief– Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a hospital floor.
– Ensuring patient care standards are consistently met.
– Coordinating with medical and administrative staff to facilitate patient care.Responsibilities– Managing and supervising the nursing staff and other personnel on the floor.
– Implementing policies and protocols to maintain high standards of patient care.
– Assisting in the management of patient care services and medical center resources.
– Addressing and resolving any issues related to patient care or staff performance.
– Ensuring compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and medical center policies.Requirements and Skills– Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare administration(preferred).
– Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a medical center (or hospital).
– Strong leadership and organizational skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Knowledge of healthcare regulations and procedures.
