- Answering general sales questions and redirecting customer care inquiries.
- Managing online chat and email to assist new customers.
- Handling calls from recently moved clients and updating their information.
- Following up on incomplete contracts and performing administrative tasks.
- Secondary education required.
- Prior contact center experience is an asset.
- Proficiency level of Dutch/Flemish (excellent writing skills needed for chat tasks), and a good command of English.
- PC proficiency, good writing abilities, empathy, self-confidence, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
