Aluma Hotels & Resorts are seeking to hire for their properties located in the heart of Athens:Floor SupervisorAluma is a new international chain of hotels, with various locations in major European cities, as well as resorts at exciting leisure destinations, offering a wide range of experiences that cater to today's global travellers. We are guided by our passion for people and all our actions are guided by our core value: Hospitality as a way of light.Position Summary:The Floor Supervisor ensures the cleanliness, organization, and overall guest satisfaction on their assigned floors. Reporting directly to the Housekeeping Manager, this position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.Scope:

Oversee housekeeping operations for assigned floors, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet Aluma Hotels' cleanliness standards.

Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas, addressing issues and ensuring timely rectification.

Allocate tasks, supervise daily operations, and manage housekeeping staff on assigned floors.

Report any maintenance issues, room damages, or guest complaints immediately to the Housekeeping Manager.

Monitor inventory levels of housekeeping supplies, ensuring availability and proper storage.

Supervise the housekeeping team with cleaning tasks as required to maintain service standards.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.

Prerequisites:

Minimum two years' experience in housekeeping, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.

Hospitality or related diploma will be preferred.

Computer literacy.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
