Monitor chat activities during gameplay to ensure compliance with community standards
Engage with players in German, addressing their inquiries and promoting a friendly environment
Quickly identify and address any inappropriate behavior or content
Provide management with feedback about chat dynamics and player interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve moderation strategies
Participate in training to stay updated on gaming trends and best practices
Requirements
Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
A genuine interest in gaming and familiarity with online gaming communities
Previous experience in moderation or customer service is a plus but not required
Strong communication skills for effective engagement with players
Good problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage challenging situations
Basic technical skills to navigate various online platforms
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
