RINA is currently recruiting for a Southern Europe & Africa Junior Marine Technical Support Engineer to join its office in Piraeus within the South Europe Marine Division.MissionThe Junior Marine Technical Engineer at the RINA Technical Support Center, will assit engineers in contributing to maintaining maritime safety, environmental standards, and regulatory compliance. #LI-DP1Key Accountabilities

Technical Support:

- Assit Engineers Colleagues in providing technical support to shipowners, operators, and clients regarding compliance with classification rules and regulations, as well as general marine engineering and operational issues. * Problem Resolution:- Collaborate with senior engineers and address customer isssues to troubleshoot technical issues, recommend solutions, and address any non-compliance or deficiencies identified during inspections. * Technical Performance Review:- Assisting in the preparation of technical reports, documentation, and presentations. * Team Collaboration:- Work as part of a team alongside senior engineers, naval architects, and other technical professionals to deliver high-quality technical support and classification services. * Safety Awareness:- Participate to the promotion of safety awareness and a culture of safe maritime operations, ensuring that all activities align with industry safety standards.Qualifications

Education: Graduate in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering

Ability to manage technical conflicts and handle negotiations effectively. * Strong written and oral communication skills with concise reporting ability.

Proficient in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
Takes initiative and ownership of work, following through without being prompted.
Maintains transparent communication through meetings, emails, instant messaging, and interpersonal interactions.
Works effectively as part of a team under tight schedules and builds positive working relationships.
