Act as the primary technical liaison for Finnish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing comprehensive support
Facilitate the onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring a smooth integration of our solutions into their operations
Deliver engaging training sessions to empower clients to effectively utilize our products
Identify and resolve any technical challenges clients may face, offering timely and effective solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to gather client feedback and inform product enhancements
Regularly monitor client satisfaction and engagement metrics, fostering strong relationships through consistent follow-ups
Stay current on industry trends and developments to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients
Requirements
Fluency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written
Experience in technical account management, customer support, or a similar field
Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with software solutions
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing client needs
A collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a team
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer satisfaction metrics is a plus
