Chief Engineer

• Manage and supervise the engineering teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.

• Develop and implement maintenance programs, schedules, and procedures

• Conduct regular inspections of the hotel facilities and equipment to identify and address any maintenance issues

• Coordinate with other departments to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks

• Oversee and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures

• Understanding of budgeting processes and cost control measures to ensure efficient use of resources.

• Manage and maintain proper inventory levels of spare parts and supplies

• Contribute to the development and implementation of the organization's engineering strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field

• Proven experience in a similar maintenance management role within the hospitality industry

• Extensive experience in engineering roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of engineering principles and practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills to address engineering challenges and make critical decisions.

• Fluent in English
