- Work with our Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services organizations in supporting the acquiring and managing our customer base to drive the Company's achievement in meeting our customer needs by designing competitive solutions
- Manage and lead technical aspects of the opportunity
- Work independently and lead the technical evaluation for opportunities
- Present solutions tied to specific customer needs and requirements
- Manage multiple accounts/opportunities at the same time
- Monitor customer and market trends to develop effective sales & marketing activities in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team
- Contribute to the identification and development of new market opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team
- Complete technology demonstrations
- Interpret prospect project requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Τhree years of experience as Presales Engineer at the security Market or three years of experience as site Engineer at a construction company
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to creatively describe and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
- Flexible and adaptive to new and unexpected situations
- Demonstrated experience in managing all aspects of the technical sale including discovery, demos, follow-up, competitive positioning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Greek and English language
- Strong interpersonal skills, innovative approach, flexible, proactive, service-minded, and a strong team player
- Ability to travel (10%)
- Communicate effectively across departments
- Coordinate and collaborate to understand customer requirements, promote product recommendations for prospects, and provide sales support
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced constantly evolving business and work environment while leading multiple priorities
