As a Product Owner, you will:Collaborate with Tribe Leads and Product Owners to define and align the engineering strategy and development roadmap based on market demands, competitive landscape, and broader organizational goalsTake full ownership of the agile development process for essential enablers that support multiple delivery teams across the organizationPrioritize high-value features and manage the creation and refinement of backlog items, including Themes, Epics, and User StoriesOversee the roadmap of core platforms and ensure alignment with the overarching IT and digital strategies, clearly communicating product direction to stakeholdersPartner with Solution Architects to evaluate new features, assess technical feasibility, and deliver incremental product enhancementsUse data-driven insights to prioritize the backlog, plan realistic release timelines, and manage expectations around feature deliveryWrite clear, actionable, and value-driven user stories that empower development teams to deliver with clarity and focusValidate deliverables against defined acceptance criteria and approve the final release planDefine and monitor OKRs and KPIs within the framework of quarterly business reviews, ensuring alignment with strategic objectivesContinuously track IT and digital performance metrics, and prioritize technical enablers to meet performance, availability, and scalability standardsIn order for your profile to match this Product Owner position, you need to have the following skills:Holds a MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related disciplineDemonstrated experience in product development with a strong portfolio of successfully launched applicationsSolid technical foundation and in-depth understanding of the telecommunications domain and related servicesProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, delivering multiple projects within scope, time, and budget constraintsSkilled in translating business requirements into high-level technical specificationsComprehensive understanding of operational flows from customer-facing processes to backend systemsExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent platforms
