- Developing new clientele and establishing sales cycles for the company's products and services in the Public sector
- Managing the entire sales cycle - from identifying needs and presenting solutions to closing deals
- Building and strengthening relationships with clients across all levels of their organizational structure
- Executing daily sales activities and maintaining a strong pipeline
- Consistently provide high standards of service to customers
- Αdherence to internal company procedures
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales in the Public sector
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset
