Deliver outstanding technical support to Nordic-speaking customers through multiple communication platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
Document customer interactions accurately and manage support tickets in the system.
Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex inquiries as necessary.
Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your technical knowledge and support skills.
Proactively seek feedback from clients to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish) and English, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in IT support, service desk, or customer service roles is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and basic networking principles.
Experience with support tools and ticketing systems is an advantage.
Detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality customer service.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Valid European Passport or ID required.
