(Code: SCF - MYK)Responsible to deliver customer focused service to the guests, provide all aspects of food preparation, cooking and presenting of dishes according to company guidelines and maintain HACCP procedures.Responsibilities:
- Implementation on a daily basis of the operation procedures of the department
- Perform recipes by following accurately Chef's guidelines
- Cook food in a timely manner & ensure high aesthetic plate presentation
- Able to set priorities, plan, organize, delegate and control
- Organizes and supervises food preparation in line with the occupancy and consumption forecasts
- Monitor food stock and place orders
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
- Ensure excellent response to guests needs
- Attention to detail and quality of foods
- Previous work experience in similar position, of at least 5 years in a Luxury Hotel or high standards Restaurant
- Modern & Creative presentation skills
- Understanding of kitchen Health & Safety regulations
- Ability to improve and maintain F&B Quality Standards
- Self-motivated, result driven with proactive attitude
- Work under pressure
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Leadership skills to motivate and develop kitchen team to ensure goals accomplishment
