Provide outstanding mobile support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to mobile applications and devices.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
Stay updated on the latest trends in mobile technology and support practices.
Engage in continuous training to enhance your product knowledge and support skills.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required.
A strong interest in technology, especially in mobile applications and devices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team.
Basic knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) is an advantage.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Must have a valid EU Passport or ID for employment eligibility.
